Players place various-sized city tiles on their board at the same time, using secret information about what tile comes up next. Tiles are double-sided in two colors, so plan your layout to keep the colors even and the shape rectangular. At the end of a round you score for the largest rectangle on your board, and at the end of the game you get bonus points for how evenly your colors are spread. Who will build the best city?
